What Faithful Finds Is
Faithful Finds is a discovery platform. We help users find businesses and brands based on information provided by third parties. We are not a marketplace, and we do not facilitate transactions, payments, or agreements between users and businesses.
What We Do Not Do
- •Endorse, recommend, or guarantee any business
- •Verify quality, services, beliefs, or outcomes
- •Guarantee the accuracy of listing information
- •Facilitate or process any transactions
Terms in Detail
Listings and Content
Listings are representations by third parties. Business owners and community members submit information, and we display it. We do not independently verify claims made in listings unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion.
Verification
Verification confirms familiarity or identity only. It does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any kind. Verification indicates that a church or peer has confirmed they are familiar with the business owner—nothing more. We may revoke verification at any time.
Ratings
Ratings are structured, subjective experiences shared by individual users. They are not guarantees, warranties, or promises about any business. Ratings reflect one person's experience and may not represent typical outcomes.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these terms or for any other reason.
Prohibited Conduct

Limitation of Liability
Faithful Finds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on listing information, or interactions with listed businesses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
